In an atmosphere imbued with faith and hope, the institution of the Sisters of the Cross – Shlifa celebrated Easter on Monday, April 6, 2026. Patients, staff, and Sisters gathered around the Lord’s altar for a solemn Mass presided over by Father Wissam Jomaa.
The celebration took place in a profound spirit of prayer, where the spirit of the Resurrection, which revives hearts and renews hope was strongly felt, despite the difficult security conditions our beloved country is experiencing, particularly in the Bekaa and Baalbek regions.
On this occasion, the participants raised their prayers to the Risen Lord, asking Him to pour out the peace of His Resurrection upon Lebanon, grant strength and consolation to the sick, and bless all those who devote themselves to their service with love and generosity.
